UMMOK represents the transforming experience one acquires through delving in the deep waters of the unknown world within. This process asks for complete surrender to the powerful forces of their psyche pulling them in and opening them up, reshaping everything they have ever perceived of their existence.

UMMOK is inspired by MINIMALISM and COMFORT.
We strive to create designs that are unique in their simplicity and ease.

Established in 2015 by designer Maytal Wallach, taking its name from an ancient language, meaning Depth. UMMOK is a creative calling in the need to express powerful content from the worlds of philosophy and psychotherapy, therefor it is inspired by the greatest thinkers in history which paint it in diverse colours, gives it its unique attitude and makes it a CONCEPTUAL FASHION brand.
Each collection takes on a new face, encompassing different approaches to human psychology through textures, designs and details, externalising and mirroring this intimate exploration and allowing individuals to express their inner wisdom and their ideas through what they wear.

The UMMOK item tag is an upside-down triangle connected externally on the items, extending our minimalistic nature, representing the journey of traveling into the depths of our souls and coming out on the other end, transformed.
We believe that SLOW FASHION is the ethical approach to hold, it is minimising consumption, minimising damage to our beautiful planet, encouraging the combination of “old and new” as each timeless collection weaves into the previous ones and gives new life and space for playfulness.
We love the CONNECTIONS we have made so far with our production partners, and we deeply value the warmth those friendships have brought into our lives, we work as a family, and each person plays their part.
90% of our fabrics and materials are Australian made and owned as we believe in local production to ensure fair trade and quality control.
We are a vegan brand and try to source ethical and organic fabrics where possible.
